Returns
Thank you for shopping at 12 Volt Depot!
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days. Returns must be postmarked before or on the 30th day from the day the item was delivered. In order for us to accept your return, the item must be in the same condition it was received, unused and in its original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to process your return:
1. Email orders@12voltdepotusa.com with your name, order number and reason for return.
2. We will reply with a return label.
3. Use the return label to ship the item back to us.
- We do not take responsibility for returns shipped using your own label.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
If your item is approved for return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
